Reminders and Notices

Overview

Greenway Patient Messaging allows admin users to set up reminders and broadcast messages to be sent to the practice's patients. Admin users can create messages via SMS (text), Voice (phone), and Email. This is done using one of the following features of the Notices widget:

• Appointment Notices - These notices are scheduled to go out at specific times.
• Appointment Broadcast Notices - These notices are immediate messages sent out to patients.
• Birthday Notices - These notices are scheduled to go out on a patient's birthday.
• No-Show Notices - These notices are scheduled to go out at specific times.
• Population Broadcast Notices - These notices generate messages for an identified patient population.

The following Notices are also included in the Premium Package of Greenway Patient Messaging:

• Orders Notices - These notices are sent based upon events in the core platform.
• Prescription Notices - These notices are sent based upon events in the core platform.
• Recall Notices - These notices are sent based upon events in the core platform.
